The rules that apply when you browse our site and buy Backwoods cigars from us. Please read them before placing an order.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of backwoodscigarsus.com (the “Site”), operated by [ADD LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. By accessing the Site or placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age to purchase tobacco in your location if higher, to use this Site and buy our products. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We verify age at checkout and may require an adult signature on delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails verification. Providing false age information is a breach of these Terms and may be a violation of law.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your products and send a dispatch confirmation. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders — for example because of failed age or address verification, suspected fraud, stock errors, or shipping restrictions — and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.
All prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping. Applicable sales and tobacco excise taxes are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to keep the Backwoods price and product information on the Site accurate, but if an error occurs we may correct it and offer you the option to confirm or cancel your order. Payment is taken through our secure payment provider.
We ship only to destinations where the sale and delivery of cigars is lawful. Delivery times, restricted destinations and signature requirements are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. International buyers are responsible for import duties and for complying with local laws.
For health, safety and regulatory reasons, tobacco products cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, email sales@backwoodscigarsus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cigar smoking can cause cancers of the mouth and throat, even if you do not inhale. Tobacco smoke increases the risk of lung cancer and heart disease, even in non-smokers. Our products are not intended for anyone under the legal age, or for pregnant or nursing women.
Backwoods® and related product names are trademarks of their respective owner. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturer; brand names are used only to identify genuine products we sell. All other Site content, including text and design, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
