Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and a tracking link is emailed as soon as your package ships. Full delivery details are in our Shipping Policy. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account.

Which Backwoods flavors are in stock?

Live stock levels are shown on every product page. Browse the Backwoods cigars shop to see all available Backwoods flavors, including Russian Cream, Honey Berry, Grape and True Wraps. If a flavor is sold out, email us and we will let you know when it is back.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. For large orders of Backwoods 5 packs, singles boxes or 40-count boxes, email us with the products and quantities you need and we will send a quote. Larger formats already give the best Backwoods price per cigar.

Why was I asked to verify my age?

Can I return Backwoods cigars?

For health and regulatory reasons, tobacco cannot be returned once delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
