How we ship your Backwoods cigars: free, fast, tracked and fully compliant with tobacco delivery laws.

Free Shipping on All Backwoods Orders

Every order of Backwoods cigars, True Wraps and accessories ships free — no minimum order value and no hidden handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes. Shipping is only available to destinations where the sale and delivery of cigars is legal.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are usually packed the same day; all other orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or US federal holidays. During new flavor launches or holiday periods, processing may take an extra day.

Delivery Times

  • Continental US: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: typically 5–10 business days.
  • International (where permitted): typically 7–21 business days, depending on customs.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs inspection.

Age Verification & Adult Signature

Backwoods cigars are tobacco products and can only be sold to adults aged 21 or over (or the legal age at the destination, if higher). We verify your age at checkout. Some carriers and destinations require an adult (21+) signature on delivery with a valid government ID. If no eligible adult is available, the package will be held at the carrier's location or returned to us.

Where We Cannot Ship

We do not ship to locations where the sale or delivery of cigars is prohibited or where we cannot lawfully collect required tobacco taxes. Current restricted destinations include: [ADD RESTRICTED STATES / COUNTRIES]. International buyers are responsible for confirming that tobacco imports are legal in their country and for any duties, import taxes or customs fees charged on arrival. Orders to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Discreet Packaging & Tracking

Every order ships in a plain, sturdy box with no product branding on the outside. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your Backwoods order is dispatched, and you can follow its progress in My Account.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, email sales@backwoodscigarsus.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Because tobacco products cannot be resold once shipped, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
